Made to order

Every poster is printed on demand, which means it isn't sitting on a shelf ready to go. Once you place and pay for your order, our print partner produces it specifically for you. Orders are typically produced within [2–5] working days, then shipped.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free to the US and UK — the price you see is the price you pay, with no delivery charge added at checkout. We also ship to other countries, where a delivery charge applies; it's shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How we ship

Printing and shipping are handled by Gelato, our print-on-demand partner. They produce the poster at the location nearest to your delivery address, which keeps transit times and environmental impact as low as possible.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary by destination and courier handling.

• UK: [3–4] working days after dispatch
• USA: [3–4] working days after dispatch
• Elsewhere: varies by destination, typically longer

Framed prints may take a little longer than unframed prints because of the extra finishing and protective packaging involved.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the production facility. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder first.

Packaging

Unframed prints are rolled in a sturdy tube. Framed prints ship in protective packaging, ready to hang.

Delivery problems

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, arrives damaged, or anything else looks wrong, email us at admin@fairwayandframe.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.
